Robert F. Danzi
Robert F. Danzi, Esq. has been representing plaintiffs in personal injury and medical malpractice cases for over 45 years. Throughout his distinguished career, he has managed thousands of cases involving medical negligence, labor law, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability, and has successfully brought hundreds to trial. In addition to securing hundreds of verdicts for his clients, Mr. Danzi has obtained dozens of multi-million dollar settlements, earning a reputation as a tenacious and results-driven advocate for the seriously injured.

Mr. Danzi is a Past President of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and previously served on the Board of Directors of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is also a member of the American Association for Justice, the New York State Bar Association, and the Nassau County Bar Association.

In addition to his work in the courtroom, Mr. Danzi has authored legal publications on trial practice, including "‘Frye’ Motions in New York Personal Injury Litigation" (New York Law Journal, June 18, 2004, Volume 231, No. 117), and has presented numerous continuing legal education programs for organizations such as the New York State Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association, New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.

As a result of his efforts, Mr. Danzi has earned an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell—the organization’s highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards—as well as the Martindale-Hubbell Client Distinction Award.
